Returns Policy
We are deeply committed to our products and take great pride in providing exceptional customer service. We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will offer you a refund on merchandise returned in its original condition with all attached tags/ labels within 3 months of receipt. Please note that food products and opened shrink-wrapped items (such as CDs and tarot decks) are exceptions to this policy
How do I return/ exchange a product?
1. Make sure that all returned or exchanged items are in original condition, with all labels attached, and in original packaging. Download the return form.
2. Fill out the return & exchange form included with your order.
3. Repackage your product and insert the return&exchange form inside
4. Please note that the expense for returning unwanted items or exchanging a product rests with you. However, if we've sent the wrong product or if you need to exchange a defective item, we'll gladly cover the shipping costs

When will I receive the refund or the exchange product?
Kindly be aware that returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the time they are received at our returns facility. Please be advised that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the delivery address is non-refundable.
The requests for exchanges will be checked when we receive the package and if the requested item is in stock, will be shipped in 1 Business Day. However, if the item is not available, we'll reach out to you to discuss further options for resolution.
How do I report an incorrect or damaged product?
Damage claims must be made within 7 days. If you receive a damaged item, please preserve all packaging materials, including the shipping box, and promptly email Customer Service at customerservice@gaelsong.com with photo evidence for further assistance and instructions.
