A mistake made perfectly right

My bracelet was missing from it's bag but a replacement was rushed to me in time for V-day! Even though it was back ordered to March! Customer service was excellent.

lovely but too small

Beautiful bracelet. Was looking forward to wearing it a lot. Unfortunately the bracelet is too small to fit over my hand. It is so very close to fitting. Just slightly larger and it would likely fit everyone.

The bracelet arrived punctually as promised and packaged well and attractively. I gave it to my daughter-in-law for Christmas and she has been wearing it daily. It is beautifully made and the inscription can be easily read. It is a lovely piece of jewelry.
