Shortbread pan.

I love it! It took several tries to get the butter in the shortbread to the right consistency, but the recipes are fantastic. The only recommendation I would make, is to mark the outer rim to match the lines on the base for cutting the shortbread while warm.

Have not used this one yet, but I also have the thistle pan and have made many cookies with it and they turn out perfect, so I know the one will do the same. Friends and neighbors are always impressed.

I love my new shortbread ceramic dish. I made shortbread as soon as I received it . It's made well and the shortbread design was beautifully molded on the cookie.

The Celtic designs are very pretty and will make great shortbread cookies. That said, this pan is smaller than expected. Plan on having to make multiple batches whether for gift giving or your family and friends.

I also bought the celtic pan. Looking forward to using them both. They're both quite sturdy. Not sure if you can put in dishwasher, so I'm going to hand wash them both.

My husband prefers this one over the shamrock one I also bought. Heavy piece of sturdy stoneware. Not really sure about the maintenance, so I'm going to handwash it.

Making my own shortbread just became more fun! Homemade shortbread far surpasses store bought (even if in Scotland!) in deliciousness and with the celtic medley pan it is now beautiful as well. The pan comes with recipes - I made the orange spice right away - and is super easy to use and clean afterwards. I took a chance and also bought the thistle pan for a friend and she is enamoured as well. Highly recommend! Despite the horrific weather we had across the nation when I ordered the pans, they arrived only two days after the initial estimated date, but I was sent emails everyday with an update. Gaelsong, I will be ordering from you again!

I bought the "Thistle" Shortbread Baker as a gift. It was expertly packaged for the cross-country trip to my door. The pattern is gorgeous and the recipient has nothing like it, in her baking arsenal. We can't wait to try out the included recipes! Quality product, Gaelsong. Thank you!

I love my new shortbread baking pan. I feel like I get "double duty" out of it. Between uses I proudly have it displayed on a shelf in my kitchen as an art piece. The cookies are great - can't wait to try all the different variations in the little recipe booklet that comes with it.

I received the shortbread dish as a gift and now bake shortbread for gifts. They are such a hit, this year I'm giving them to all my sisters. The cookie stamp are just as beautiful! Highly recommend.

I really like the shortbread pan. I chose the Scottish Thistle and I also want to get the Irish Medley, too. Everything I have ever purchased from Gaelsong, has been of a high quality. I have been a happy customer for about 6-8 years.

Love my new shortbread mold. I made classic shortbread the day it arrived and it proved easy to use for this shortbread novice. I chose the mold with multiple designs and each of them came out perfectly. It comes with a recipe booklet featuring several flavors.

I ordered this a few weeks and just now had the time to use it. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to see the thistles and I would make a mess of it all. It all turned out absolutely amazing!! The receipt is incredibly flaky and tasty and YES my thistles came out gorgeous. I LOVE this!!

I ordered the celtic medley motif shortbread pan and was really bummed when it got broken in the mail. One phone call to your customer service had a new one shipped successfully. I love it! Because you didn't want the broken one returned and the pattern is just so beautiful, I glued it back together and now have it hanging on my kitchen wall since it isn't suitable for baking. Great job Gaelsong!

This is an excellent short bread pan. Not only is it beautiful to look at and can effectively be used for decorative purposes in the kitchen. It also bakes evenly, short breads pop out easily and the design of the mold is clearly etched into the final product. I plan to collect the other two molds offered here as well.
