It's a pretty lamp, but uses small bulbs with normal-sized ends.

Overall... a disappointment

I understand that the lamp is only about a 100 or so dollars... and you get what you pay for. The lamp pictured has symmetrical shapes and clean flowing lines of "leading" and glass. The lamp I received.... the ovals along the base of the glass have no shape to them at all. Some sort of purplish glass with very poor cutouts in the leading... a myriad of odd shapes. Nothing like the one in the photo. The same issue with the lines of the knots. All the lines look as if drawn by a child. I will keep the lamp, but would not have ordered it, knowing what I know now. I just wanted to let people, thinking about purchasing this item, know my experience. I've enjoyed the 5 or 6 other items I've purchased through the company and will continue to browse their catalog. My expectations were a bit high, I guess.

I'm Irish and love all of Irish decor. I've been looking for a lamp for my foyer table for a long time. I came across GaelSong's website and took a look at the lamps. I loved the lamp that I've seen. Even though I was aware of the dimensions I would of liked to have the lamp about 2-3 inches taller. I absolutely loved the colors of the shade so I purchased it. When I received it the colors were not the same, it was purple and blue, I was thinking it was going to have some green color like shown in the catalog. The base/stem is very light weight, not as sturdy as I thought. Overall, I still love the Irish lamp and fits well on my little table. I will still continue to shop at GaelSong but probably not for lamps.

The lamp is beautiful, but the harp is so small I am having a hard time finding a light bulb that fits.

I bought this lamp as a birthday gift for my husband, who is second generation Irish and he loves it! Removed his old desk lamp and placed this front and center. Works well as a light and is very attractive.

The Trinity Knot lamp is very pretty and I like it a lot! It is smaller than I expected, although the measurements given are accurate when you include the finial. I know I will always treasure it.

If you are on the fence about purchasing this lamp, do it! It's so pretty, yes it is small but because it is it will fit anywhere you want it to. It gives off just the right amount of light and I promise you will love it and be glad you bought it!

I love this little lamp! The light it puts out is beautiful, comforting. It's an accent lamp, it's not meant to read by, it's meant to make a space beautiful and it certainly does that. :)

This lamp is beautiful, but it is only intended as an accent light. It gives off a beautiful glow, but does not give off enough light to "light" the room. Also the pull chain is a little wonky. I have had to thread mine back in a few times. Works well as a bedside lamp.
