beautiful boots

My order was packaged very well, in a sturdy box to avoid damage. It was processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, I was so disappointed in the way the heels of the boots were put together. One of them had a small bump on the back middle heel, both heels were not smooth where the leather was applied. I think they will not hold together for long. This is not good for a $140 pair of boots, even if I did get them at a very good sale price. Sorry to say, I am returning for a refund.
Horrible customer service/damaged boots

Your customer service is horrible!!! I left 5 messages with no return call!!! My boots arrived damaged. YOU could tell they were previously worn. They were all scuffed up on the sides and when I took them out of the box sand came out of the shoe covers that were over the boot. I paid a lot of money for these and I am appalled at the condition they are in. Trying to get any resolution is a joke!! No one answers the phone!! I don't feel I should have to pay for returning them. Please send me a postage paid stamp so I can return these to you. I will never order from you again and I will not recommend you to any of my friends.

These were a Christmas gift for our daughter. The boots were beautiful and very well made, with particular attention to detail. The fit was perfect. Our daughter was pleased with their comfort. These boots were her favorite gift. Thank you for the quality product.

Although expensive, these boots are absolutely gorgeous and so unique I am sure I will get lots of compliments on them. I am size 7.5-8. I ordered the 38's and they fit fine.

I absolutely love these boots, wore them to work - 8 hour shift on my feet - felt like I've had them for years, just so comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Bought these as a birthday present for my wife. She LOVES them. They look great and she says they are very comfortable. She wore them to an event and got MANY compliments. Highly recommended.

The Flower Button Ankle Boots are exactly what I wanted. The craftsmanship is impressive and they are pretty to look at. The fit was good also.

Catalog misleading

Whereas these are nice comfortable boots, in every catalog picture i have seen of them, the boots are red. That is why I ordered them. However, I see that they are brown on line, and in reality. I am very disappointed. I feel this constitutes false advertising, as online pictures can be based on how I set up my computer. I expect catalog pictures to be closer to reality.
