This was a birthday present for a good friend. I had bought her one years ago, and unfortunately the wind broke it one wild day. She was delighted to receive another and used it the same day. Thank you Gaelsong!

I have been eyeing this bag for a while. When the sale came around I couldn't resist! The bag feels substantial and well made. It is flat so the bag does not expand. A little too small for me for an everyday bag however I am sure that I will use it frequently as a hand bag for day trips like winery visits and such. Bag looks like the picture. Definitely recommend!!!

The product is great. The problem is customer service. After I ordered the product I was advised it was not in stock. After it was I received an update on shipping. I originally paid for quick shipping. I didn't receive my package 11 days later. Then I had to pay extra because Gaelsong did not pay the entire shipping cost. I've sent two emails to Gaelsong and both times I received an automated response stating they'll get back to me in 1-2 days. No one has gotten back to me. Based on this I will never shop here again.

The umbrella is gorgeous, but you have to push the handle button to open AND close the umbrella or else it locks up and seems broken. I figured out how to unlock it accidentally. You cannot force the umbrella to close manually or else it will not lock shut. Otherwise, it really is beautiful!

I love this umbrella. It is beautiful and colorful. I have only used it to protect from the sun so far as I live in CA. I hope to see rain soon so I can give it a proper test.
