I got this for my daughter for Christmas. it acme very well packaged and when I opened it to inspect it is beautiful she's going to love it. I would definitely recommend for a very unique gift. Shipping was seamless and I will definitely order from this company again.

This was a thank you present for my niece. She had admired it a while back. She immediately used it to write and sketch. The colors are rich and the glass pens are lovely.

This is a very beautiful set. I love writing, especially old fashioned, such as using a fountain pen. Package came securely wrapped, no glass was damaged. Really satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered this set for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived with one of the ink bottles cracked and leaking. Fortunately, it was contained and when I called customer service, they apologized profusely and sent me another set. My daughter LOVED it. Highly recommend this item and this company. I initially ordered this as a gift for my disabled brother who is an artist. The 1st order delivered by UPS was damaged, but the Customer Service Rep that I reported it to was sooo helpful and replaced it right away with no hassle! He just loves it! Thank you so much for the great service!!

I received my set with great time especially around this holiday season. Unfortunately when I did get it, one of the bottles of ink had been cracked and spilt all over the inside of the box. The company plastic wrapped it well so it didn't get on my other gifts but when I called Gaelsong they apologized profusely and immediately sent me another set free of charge. The problem with the gift was unfortunate but the quality and beauty of it is great. The customer service is wonderful. I'd definitely order it again.

I ordered a set of glass pens as a birthday gift. When they arrived one was broken. I was fully prepared to have to send the item back and have to look for another gift due to time. After calling to set up the return I was pleasantly surprised to find I wouldn't have to send the broken items back and would get a replacement shipped immediately. My replacement was received in one piece, 2 days later! (The week of Thanksgiving) I can't wait for my boyfriend to get this beautiful pen set!
