The catalog directs you to buy one size larger than usual. Well, that was too big, According to policy, I must pay return shipping to exchange for the correct size--even though it was not my mistake. Shipping on the exchange is free though.

The Irish vest is gorgeous! I followed the advice on the web site and ordered one size up. I normally wear an 8, but the 10 I ordered fits perfectly. I love the subtle coloring and will enjoy wearing this vest with many pieces in my wardrobe.

This is a very nice vest! Well made, stylish, but I am having trouble with the fit. This was a gift from a friend who, bless his heart, thought I was a size 6. I normally wear a size 10 in a blazer. I sometimes can wear an 8 if the cut is right.The 6 was way too small. I had about a 5 inch gap in the front. So when I looked online to order a new size, I saw that it said in the description that it runs small and to order one size up from my normal size. So I ordered the 12. It just arrived and it is way too big in the shoulder, chest and waist area and overlaps by about 4 inches in the front. I'm going to order one more time and hope that the size 10 will be just right. I am 5'9" Tall and 142 pounds if that helps anyone! I wish there was a size chart on this item!
