Gorgeous and Wonderful Customer Service!

My Dark Rose Floral Earrings arrived damaged, missing a piece. I called Customer Service and spoke with Penny, who was just wonderful! She was so sorry about the earring, and said that not only would she send out another pair, she would make sure that they were examined first so they would arrive perfect! They did arrive in beautiful condition, and will be wrapped and placed under the Christmas Tree for my beautiful daughter who loves red roses!
