Flat weave bracelet

When the newly purchased bracelet broke I was so glad it had the 2 clasps on either side of the bracelet or I would have lost it for sure. Love the bracelet and it was very easy to return the defective item and get a replacement. I haven't worn it yet as I'm a little reluctant to do so in case It breaks again. But will get over that soon I know. Thanks for expert customer service.
