Great products and service.

The products are always as described. When you call customer service you speak to an actual friendly person who truly cares. I accidentally threw a polishing cloth away and they sent me a new one...no cost.

Quality

The ring I ordered was absolutely gorgeous, quality merchandise, the picture did not do it justice. I was a little disappointed, the delivery was slower than I expected.

A lovely gift!

Found this little beauty in my Christmas stocking, a gift from my mom. I absolutely LOVE it! She knew how I had wanted a claddaugh ring for a long time and wanted something a little different from everything else and this is IT! I love how it's unlike all the others you typically see, the knots are an extra special touch and the little diamond in the heart is just enough to sparkle. Can't express just how much I love this ring! (Would make a great wedding band, too!)

Awesome Customer Service!!

UPS misdirected the 3-Day shipping on my order and just told me...oh well, it'll get there in 5 days instead. I called Gaelsong and they immediately overnighted another ring for Saturday delivery in time for my Mom's 80th birthday party! Words cannot express my thanks - Mom loves the ring!
