Love this hat. Well made and color is beautiful.

This is a great hat: shapely, firmly-fitting, and really WARM! It's easy to care for -- just hand-wash and dry flat in the air -- easy to stuff in a pocket and take anywhere, and it's really pretty.

I ordered the mulberry colored version previously and it fits beautifully. Unfortunately the moss colored version is significantly smaller either due to yarn, pattern sizing, or differences in the tightness of the knitting stitches. Because of the fit, I am not as enamored of this purchase as I am with the previous.

This is a very nice, well-made cap, except that it was not finished after it was knitted. It needed to be blocked. As other reviewers have noted, it arrived looking like a tight-fitting cap. Not having a hat block, I blocked it the way a sweater is blocked: wet it thoroughly, press the excess water out in a towel, and pin it down to a towel in the dimensions desired. I added a little more than an inch and a half each to the width, length (minus the brim), and the crown, let it dry, and then repeated the process after turning it halfway. The results were close to the photo, although not exact. The brim is not rigid, and it's not quite as slouchy as the photo. But it was close enough to keep. Considering the price, especially, I should not have had to do this. Better attention needs to be paid to quality control with the knitters.
