This is a delightful piece and my dad loves it. He put it up right away! I ordered it on 1/13/20, with a 10% discount. I was told that the discount would be applied by refunding me the money after the item was paid for. The money was withdrawn on 1/14/20. On 1/27/20, my dad has not received it. Nor had I received my refund for the discount. I emailed Gaelsong and the birdfeeder was shipped that day. My dad received it in good shape on 1/31/2020. I've yet to receive the discount though. I've had great experiences with this company in the past and am hoping this will be rectified.

The first order came with pieces broken off, however Gaelsong promptly sent me a new piece that was not broken and I love it!
