Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of receipt. We will notify you in the event of delay (please include your phone number or email address.) Some large or heavy items will incur a delivery surcharge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Standard Delivery: Standard Ground Delivery is via UPS or USPS and averages 4-7 business days from the day it is shipped. During November and December, shipping times may reflect short delays due to high volumes.

Express Delivery: Express Delivery is available on most items when shipped to a street address. No PO Boxes. Not available on international orders. Some large or heavy items cannot be sent Express. Please place your order before 12 noon Pacific Time Monday-Thursday for same-day shipping. Express charges: for 3-4 Day Service, add $5 to the appropriate standard shipping charge from the chart below. For 2 Day Service, add $8 to the standard shipping charge. For Next Day Service, add $18 to the standard shipping charge. Higher charges apply for Express Delivery to AK, HI, APO/FPO and all US territories; please call Customer Service at 1-800-207-4256 for a quote.
