Tangled Mess I bought two of these to give as gifts to my soon to be sisters in law for helping me with my wedding. Although I loved the look of the pendants both the chains arrived as a tangled up mess. I still have not managed to unknot them. I may have to send them back. They are sent loose in a bag, they should at least be attached to cardboard to keep the chains from knotting up. Very disappointed. – Grace Meade, 2009-03-25
