"Very poor craftsmanship. Fastener broke while putting it on the first time and was being handled gently. Medallion has several casting flaws. From Gaelsong Customer Service: We're sorry you're unhappy with this product! Please feel free to return it for a prompt refund or exchange."

"got this as a Christmas present from my grandmother, and the leather separated from the clasp (to the other person: just use a little loctite super glue and quit complaining). Some people may think it has flaws on the medallion and clasp, but I actually like the way it looks with the minor flaws."
