"I purchased this oil lamp and was really looking forward to receiving it - especially with all the cold weather we have been having. My plan was to use this as a functional oil lamp. When I opened it, I was so disappointed. It's tiny. To me the picture made it look like you could carry it by the handle. That handle is really only big enough to place a single finger through. Even though you "can" put oil in it, it is obvious that it is more for decoration than function. I ended up returning it. To me, the price was simply not worth the size of the item. "
